If you’ve uploaded your resume to a job site, keywords and job buzzwords are very important to help a search engine pick out your resume from the pool of applications.
Keep it simple and short. Employers spend, on average, just 8 seconds looking at anyone’s resume, and as such, sending them your entire life story is a surefire way of landing your resume on the no pile.
